I congratulate the owners on a wonderful Contact Centre which they have opened in the Ilford area. They are very professional and informative on the steps of having supervised contact.
The atmosphere was warm and relaxed. My children loved the centre and were reluctant to leave at the end of the contact, which made me feel reassured.

When looking for a Contact Centre I visited Tiny Hearts, after my visit there was no need for me to look any further. This place is fantastic, I was greeted by one of the owners who made me feel comfortable, relaxed and at ease. I was listened to and was made to feel reassured. All my questions and worries were answered and listened to.
The Contact Centre was above all my expectations. The rooms are fantastic the owners have taken into consideration the different ages of the children/teenagers providing facilities to have a positive interaction with a parent. I will definitely be recommending Tiny Hearts.

I recently visited this lovely nursery to create a balloon arch for their opening, and I was so impressed. The rooms are beautifully decorated — you can really feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere for the children. There are plenty of great facilities too, making it a wonderful environment for little ones.

This contact centre is amazing. My son loved the fact that all of the contact rooms are themed and are full of various different toys and activities in keeping with the theme. He especially loved playing in the Australia sensory room. I was very impressed with the staff who were all very welcoming and the cleanliness and presentation of the rooms which is so well thought out. 10/10.

I recently visited this new children’s contact centre, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of care and professionalism. Even though the service is new, they are already delivering an outstanding level of support, and the feedback from families has been amazing.
The centre has clearly been created with children’s wellbeing at the heart of everything. The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming, with plenty of activities to help children feel relaxed and comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making it a child-friendly space.
