I feel incredibly privileged to have worked alongside Moonisah and Irina over the past three years. It has been an enriching and genuinely lovely experience to be part of a team with such exceptional individuals, whose dedication and compassion have always stood out. Their unwavering commitment to the families we support, as well as to the entire team, has been nothing short of inspiring.

Moonisah is one of the most caring and considerate people I’ve ever worked with. She leads with her heart in everything she does, always putting the needs of others first. Whether it was a colleague in need or a family going through a difficult time, Moonisah never hesitated to go above and beyond to offer help and support. Irina, as our Family Contact Centre Manager, has shown a level of dedication and diligence that truly sets her apart. Her leadership has been marked by fairness, support, and an unwavering focus on ensuring every detail is taken care of. She was always the first to step up, the one ensuring things were done right, and the one offering support to both staff and families no matter the circumstances. Irina’s just and balanced approach created an environment where everyone felt respected, safe, and empowered to do their best work. Her standards were high, not out of pressure, but out of a deep care for the quality of service and the well-being of all involved.

Together, Moonisah and Irina exemplify what it means to serve with heart and integrity. I’ve seen them time and again put aside their own challenges to prioritise the needs of families and the staff team. Their commitment, compassion, and selflessness have left a deep impression on me, and I am sincerely grateful for the time we shared working together.
