I had the pleasure of working under Irina at the contact centre and I can honestly say she was one of the most efficient and reliable managers I’ve worked with. She ran the centre with a calm confidence and always made sure things were organised and running smoothly, even during the busiest or most sensitive times.

Her ability to manage both the team and the emotional demands of the work was truly admirable. She was always approachable, trustworthy, and fair, and she had a way of making everyone feel supported and valued. She took her responsibilities seriously and always made decisions in the best interest of the children and families.

Working with her gave me a lot of respect for what good leadership looks like, especially in such an important environment and I’ll always be grateful.
