Welcome to Tiny Hearts Contact Services, a warm and welcoming family service designed to support children and families through times of change. We offer a safe, neutral space where children can spend meaningful time with their loved ones. Our focus is always on creating a child-friendly, positive environment that helps preserve and strengthen family bonds because every child deserves love, connection, and joy, no matter the circumstances.

Founded by two best friends drawn together by shared values, deep empathy, and a refusal to look away from the needs of vulnerable children, our service is rooted in lived experience and genuine care. Tiny Hearts was sparked by love and loss born in one moment of light when life was at its darkest for our founders. While life took precious moments away from them in different ways, they kept showing up with strength and selflessness every single day. Their mission was simple yet profound: to make sure no family ever missed the chance to see, hold, and create lasting memories with their children.

With over a decade of combined experience supporting families in challenging situations, we’ve witnessed the emotional toll that separation and conflict can bring. We’ve listened to countless stories of pain, confusion, and fear. And through all of it, one thing has stood out the most that children need a voice. They need a space where they are seen, heard, and safe.

The frustration we have face over and over again with the system that often overlook emotional needs and out of our shared belief that compassion, not bureaucracy, should guide the way. We knew we could do better not just professionally, but personally.

This service is an extension of who we are. We’re not just providers we’re listeners, protectors, and advocates. We understand the complexities of family life, and we don’t judge anyone’s story. Instead, we create space for healing, reconnection, and dignity.

While building Tiny Hearts, one of the most humbling and inspiring things has been the unwavering encouragement we’ve received from the professionals we work alongside. Time and time again, we’ve been told, “You don’t even realise how much of a difference you’re making.” In truth, there have been moments when others believed in us more than we believed in ourselves. That belief didn’t come from words alone it came from witnessing our dedication, our relentless work ethic, and our ability to show up with all our heart, even in the hardest moments. It’s a reflection of the care we pour into every family, every session, and every decision. The trust and recognition we’ve earned from social workers, legal professionals, and partner agencies mean the world to us not because it validates us, but because it reminds us why we started this in the first place. Their faith fuels us to keep going, keep growing, and keep showing up for families who need us the most.

Our team is a family built on love, strength , and the power of companionship . Despite different cultures, religions , backgrounds, and personalities, we all came together with one shared trait of being compassionate. Our team also reflects on real-life hardship and persistence made up of strong, experienced individuals, each with a story. Many of us have lived through grief, separation, and adversity ourselves, and that lived experience forms every service we offer, from contact supervision to welfare visits and family support. We set out to create something truly special: a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where every family is valued. A place that embraces diversity, offers support, and builds meaningful connections. This is not just our business it’s our foundation, and we’re growing it with care.

That’s why we don’t just support contacts we walk alongside families through the hard moments, too. We offer welfare checks, spot visits, and bespoke family interventions to help prevent unnecessary entry into the care system. We guide and support parents in distress, connect families to services, and always lead with compassion without judgment. These stories, and the many more within our team, are what unites us. Thats why we lead with empathy, and why we understand how truly precious time with a child is. We don’t judge and we mean that.

We can confidently say that due to our team’s collective strength, we are well-equipped to accommodate any family regardless of their circumstances. At Tiny Hearts, we thoughtfully and carefully pair families with a supervisor, well-suited for the family.  

Through this we aim to support each families specific needs, whether that involves language support, emotional understanding, behavioural support or any other additional care requirements.
