We understand that maintaining meaningful relationships between children and their non-resident parents or family members isn’t always possible in person. Whether due to court restrictions, health concerns, long-distance separation, or safeguarding issues, virtual supervised contact offers a safe, structured, and compassionate solution.

In addition to our community-based contact sessions, we provide specialised supervised contact for children in complex or sensitive situations. These services are carefully managed to ensure each child’s safety, emotional well-being, and best interests remain at the centre of every decision.

Handover contact at Tiny Hearts is designed to ensure smooth, calm, and secure transitions for children moving between parents or carers.

Venue-Only Contact (Externally Supervised)

Venue-only contact offers families and professionals access to a secure, neutral, and child-friendly environment at Tiny Hearts for contact sessions supervised by an external professional, such as a social worker, guardian, or independent contact supervisor.
