Venue-only contact offers families and professionals access to a secure, neutral, and child-friendly environment at Tiny Hearts for contact sessions supervised by an external professional, such as a social worker, guardian, or independent contact supervisor. This service is designed for local authorities or agencies that take responsibility for supervision but require a professional and private venue for contact.
Our contact rooms are fully equipped with age-appropriate toys, books, and sensory materials, providing a calm and engaging atmosphere for families. While Tiny Hearts staff do not supervise or observe these sessions, they are available on-site to facilitate access, maintain safety, and respond to any emergencies that may arise.
All sessions are conducted in partnership with the external professional overseeing the contact, maintaining the same high safeguarding standards that underpin all Tiny Hearts services. Flexible booking options are available, including weekends and extended sessions, allowing families and agencies to choose a time that best supports the needs of the child.
